c3PR Congratulates Client dB Control on 2011 Feature Article Placements
dB Control
, a subsidiary of the Electronic Technologies Group (ETG) of HEICO Corp., supplies mission-critical, often sole-source, products to military organizations, major defense contractors and commercial manufacturers worldwide. Taking engineers away from product development to help with technical articles is not easy. But with the persuasive powers of dB Control Marketing Manager Steve Olson, and the mentoring of new technical contributors by Vice President of Technology and Business Development Meppalli Shandas, c3PR produced feature articles for dB Control that were published in the Journal of Electronic Defense, Microwave Engineering Europe, Microwave Product Digest, Military Embedded Systems, RF GlobalNet, San Jose/Silicon Valley Business Journal, San Francisco Business Times, and US Tech. c3PR Helps Client SFL Data Shine at ILTA
It’s difficult to book editorial interviews one month before an industry event when the media isn’t familiar with the client. That didn’t stop c3PR from going full throttle at the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) National Conference. c3PR Client SFL Data is the first e-discovery service provider to deliver a fixed-price managed service that enables Fortune 500 corporate legal departments and law firms to gain a world-class e-discovery function without building it internally. We introduced five new SFL Data products at ILTA, and with the help of Media Relations Consultant Jeff Lettes onsite in Nashville, Tennessee, we secured meetings with every prominent publication and analyst attending the show. After viewing our client’s ubiquitous articles and broadcast releases, one attendee remarked to SFL Data CEO Christian Lawrence, “You guys are everywhere!” That’s the point! c3PR Selected by Animatics to Develop New Smart Motor Ad
When Design World offered Animatics, a designer and manufacturer of integrated motion control solutions, a spot in their annual Motion Control Handbook, the company was ecstatic. The medium was perfect, even if the logistics were not. Materials were due July 29, giving Animatics just two weeks to find an agency to design and produce a new full-page, four-color ad. They contacted c3PR and we delivered three comps in five days. They liked all three and selected the ad featuring one of their engineering managers with his arms overflowing with controllers, cables and sensors. In the ad, the engineer stands under the headline When it comes to Multi-Axis Motion Control, why buy all of this?” Under him we inset a photo of a SmartMotor with the answer When all you need is this.” [Santa Clara, CA – July 29, 2011]

c3PR Client AppliedSensor’s iAQ-2000 Selected by Buildings Magazine
Whenever there’s a product roundup or evaluation, we make sure our clients’ products are represented. The competition is usually fierce, as it was to meet Buildings Magazine’s requirements for “economical products geared toward energy-slashing results, fast ROIs, low initial and life-cycle costs, and minimal environmental impact.“ It was even more challenging for c3PR, as our client AppliedSensor is based in Sweden, with marketing offices in Germany, and just one U.S. sales office on the East Coast. We coordinated the global effort to interface with the editors and support them with technical data. As a result, AppliedSensor’s iAQ-2000 Indoor Air Quality Module, an innovative product that integrates with HVAC systems to enhance occupant wellbeing and reduce energy costs, was featured in Building’s June issue as one of its top Money-Saving Products for 2011. c3PR Creates Local Buzz for ConnectivityWeek and SmartGrid
Editors and journalists covering trade shows write about exhibitors and their new products, but rarely report on the event itself. So it wasn’t surprising that no feature articles had appeared in the local press about ConnectivityWeek since the show premiered in Silicon Valley in 2003. Clasma Events retained c3PR to change this. In the three months leading up to the show, we introduced Clasma CEO Anto Budiardjo to Plug-and-Play CEO Saeed Amidi, resulting in publicity and support by both organizations for each other’s events. And we worked the media relentlessly, resulting in coverage in the San Jose Mercury News, San Francisco Business Times, San Jose/Silicon Valley Business Journal, and a fantastic two-minute segment that aired on ABC/KGO Channel 7 Evening News. c3PR Client ION Releases Annual Report on Status of Women in Boardrooms
They call it “moving the needle.” The InterOrganization Network (ION), a national nonprofit organization representing more than 10,000 women, is dedicated to increasing the representation of women on for-profit boards and in executive suites. For seven years ION has released its Annual Status Report on key findings from data collected by their 14 member organizations located across the U.S. While the needle isn’t moving as fast as we’d like (women hold between 8 and 18 percent of board seats in companies included in the research), every year there are more male executives and thought leaders who recognize that a diverse board improves a corporation’s bottom line. This year, the ION report also highlights forward-thinking institutional investors. [Boca Raton, FL – March 7, 2011]
